Returns & Refund Policy

Returns, replacements or refunds may be reviewed for eligible nursery orders where the wrong product is delivered, shipment is lost, or product is received damaged. Live plants and seeds are perishable/agri products, so customers must raise a request with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
